Devlog 5: Pre-Alpha


  • Bug fixes
    • guard NPC types were detecting the spawn point of the players instead of the players themselves
    • players stacking/unstacking  causes them to reset to the location of spawn point instead of where they stack
  • Refined our first level
    • added an office "cart boy" who circles a hallway in our office
      • players need to avoid crashing into this or they fail
    • proper office rooms
      • each one has an office worker that will detect the player and increase their suspicion amount
  • added background music and ambient office sound
  • refined controls for stacking
    • now the player that wants to stack on the bottom holds the stacking button to crouch and indicate that they want to stack
    • the other player presses the stacking button to "accept" the stack
